JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the responsibility of the director, the assistant is responsible to carry out the administrative tasks which require a very good knowledge of office procedures.

Tasks:
Organisation of the internal meetings, the preparation of the documents and the drafting of the minutes of the meeting.
Preparation of the correspondence, the documents and the reports which the head office needs.
Management of the classification system.
Data entry for the financial department.
All other related tasks.

Requirements:
Secretary diploma.
Excellent knowledge of the various office softwares.
Languages: English and French
