JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the responsibility of the director, the administrative sssistant is responsible for carrying out administrative tasks that require a very good knowledge of organisational procedures.

Tasks :
Organisation of internal meetings, preparation of documents and drafting of minutes.
Preparation of correspondence, documents and reports required by the Branch.
Maintenance of the filing system and information management system.
Data entry for financial resources services.
Production of financial statements
Any other related tasks at the request of management.


Requirements :
College diploma in administration or a related field.
Mastery of the various office automation software.
Spoken and written languages: French and English.
